Nike Dri-Fit Race Shirts, in Men’s and Women’s Sizing
Very few races around the United States include premium Nike Dri-Fit shirts for their runners (they’re expensive).
But RunTheBluegrass is aiming to be the best half-marathon in the country, so get ready for some of the very best running gear around.
In 2012, we are also introducing Men’s and Women’s sizes, so our female runners can get their more fitted look!
(** This image is very close to our final design, but some tweaks are still being considered before March.)

Official Artistry by Kentucky’s acclaimed Marianna McDonald
Our race’s main attraction, of course, is our one-of-a-kind, exquisite Thoroughbred Farm backdrop, Keeneland Race Course’s hallowed grounds and Lexington’s heavenly landscape.
And few artists, anywhere, are able to capture the beauty of the Bluegrass better than Kentucky’s acclaimed artist, Marianna McDonald.
Mrs. McDonald will be creating 2012′s Official Posters and we will be unveiling and introducing them for sale at our Race Expo on Friday, March 30th!

Once again, RunTheBluegrass is partnering with Abby Laub of J.A. Laub Photography to provide runners with beautiful individual photos as you cross our Finish Line!
And as you run through our gorgeous Bluegrass backdrop.
After the race, runners can visit our website, find their photos and select which versions you’d like to purchase. Your photos are then delivered right to you.
** As in 2011, Chris Hill of Screaming Chicken Studio will again be partnering with Abby, photographing runners along our beautifully scenic course. So make sure you smile pretty for the cameras!
