Thursday, March 26

10AM - 4PM

Departs from Keeneland’s Main Grandstand

Take a trip down scenic Paris Pike past many of our most pristine Thoroughbred farms on your way to THE iconic Claiborne Farm! You’ll enjoy this beautiful farm and get to see where Secretariat and other famous racing Thoroughbred sires called home.

Claiborne is located just outside Paris, Kentucky…in Bourbon County…the self-proclaimed birthplace of all Bourbon! So after your tour of Claiborne, we’ll take you just down the road to Trackside at the Depot - an original train depot from 1882, which is now historically restored to a fabulous farm-to-table restaurant and bourbon bar.

There, you’ll be treated to Kentucky hospitality at its finest - a down-home, locally sourced, family style luncheon! You’ll be regaled with stories of bourbon, horses, and the history of this storybook town while enjoying your lunch and a cocktail!

Lastly, you’ll tour the only actively functioning bourbon distillery operating in Bourbon County—Hartfield & Co. The founder and owner, Andrew, and his team will show you how their bourbon is crafted, then take you to the bar for a tasting - including a sampling of a unique, prohibition-style cocktail!

As always, your bus ride will include your own host, snacks & drinks, and memories for a lifetime!
